Jeannine joined Merz Australia as a start-up in 2014. Jeannine’s career spans more than twenty seven years in the healthcare industry during which time she has held roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Marketing and Commercial Management. Jeannine has extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and Medical Devices and her CV includes senior leadership positions with Baxter, B Braun, C R Bard and Abbott, where over an eleven year period Jeannine worked in Abbott’s Pharmaceutical division, culminating in her appointment to the role of Managing Director, Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands in 2003. During her tenure with Abbott, Jeannine was responsible for launching a breakthrough Monoclonal drug, which is now the largest selling Pharmaceutical Medicine in the world. Jeannine has held the role of Managing Director ANZ, since 2003, spanning 4 companies, including Merz.

Gary has held a number of senior Marketing and Sales roles in the pharmaceutical industry over his 30 year career working in a variety of therapeutic areas, covering oncology, respiratory, CNS, Gastroenterology and Aesthetic Medicine. He has worked across a number of international markets for both listed and privately held companies and managed both launch as well as established brands through his career. In his spare time he is a keen golfer and enjoys travelling.

Dr Scott has over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience, working initially in the UK prior to moving to Australia. He completed his PhD and worked as a research scientist in oncology drug development prior to moving into Regulatory affairs and working across a range of early to late stage products and therapeutic areas. Having worked both as a Regulatory consultant and within the pharmaceutical company environment, Dr Scott has gained a broad regulatory experience and has worked with both regional and national regulatory agencies, including EMA, US-FDA and TGA. In his current role, Dr Scott has responsibility for Medical, Regulatory affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Quality functions of Merz Australia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, running and travelling with family.

Reagan is an astute Financial Director with over 17 years’ experience spanning several blue chip companies. Reagan joined the Merz Australia team from the Regional office in Singapore, where he was responsible for supporting 8 major APAC countries. Reagan’s responsibilities cover the breadth of financial services, including; financial planning, cash flow, statutory reporting, corporate compliance and financial analysis.

John has held a number of senior Commercial roles during his 30 plus years in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.  Originally from South Africa John has had secondments to Chicago, New Zealand and has now settled in Australia.  John has worked in a number of therapeutic areas including oncology, rheumatology,  gastroenterology and aesthetic medicine.

Jane Hart is an accomplished senior leader with extensive experience across the medical device, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her career spans sales, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate account leadership, contract management, business transformation, and market expansion.

With a deep understanding of hospital, pharmacy, and distribution channels, Jane has successfully led commercial partnerships and managed contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across Asia, America, and Europe. She brings a proven track record of developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that deliver sustainable growth, revenue, and profitability in alignment with organisational objectives.

Recognised as an innovative and strategic thought leader, Jane combines analytical thinking with strong interpersonal and operational management skills. She is passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
